Mixed Experience due to Poor Room Condition

The staff was polite and tried to accommodate our requests.
The room I received had maintenance issues. The shower was in disrepair and showed its age. Cleanliness was also subpar. I saw chipped furniture.

this hotel is awesome! the staff gave me a bigger room for the same price! it was massive. there was a super cool welcome note with my name on it. they even gave me a package of their own pasta, with another sweet note. and guess what?! i got a free breakfast at checkout!!!
The pillows weren't exactly the comfiest. I am used to mine.

The metro station is super close, it's on the red line at the gambara stop, this made getting around super easy! a cute bakery is down the street. I loved grabbing a treat in the mornings.

My comfy double room featured a tv and air conditioning. This was amazing because i could relax. the bathroom included a shower and complimentary toiletries, they were replenished daily too!

the staff was lovely and helpful. they always did their best to assist me with my needs. the hotel also had a great location. it was really close to the metro station.
the beds were uncomfortable, especially the pillows. my room faced the main road, and it was noisy from the outside traffic at night. the breakfast has few options for people who don't love sweets.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The reception staff was very cute. My husband accidentally pulled the emergency cord in the shower (luckily everything was okay!). Reception rang very quickly to check all was well. The breakfast selection was great.
The rooms are quite dirty, as well as the duvet which only had a cover that was falling off. It was very unsanitary. The cleaners were quite rude, talking. They knocked things around the rooms, so it was impossible to sleep.

The breakfast had a really good selection to choose from with both hot and cold options available. I enjoyed the fresh pastries and the variety of fruits offered each morning. The coffee machine made excellent cappuccinos.

The staff at the reception desk were helpful and polite. They provided clear directions to local attractions and answered all questions patiently. I especially appreciated their quick response when we needed extra towels.

The room included a comfortable king-size bed and a small seating area with a table. The bathroom was modern with a rainfall shower. The air conditioning worked efficiently to maintain a pleasant temperature.
